I am livid and need to contact corporate ASAP, verizon CS is horrible. No one ever knows what they are talking about and everyone always tells you something different. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call me back for 2 days and nothing!!! I am so done with this company, i have been a loyal customer for 10 years and never have i had this many problems with anyone.

I have been having problems with them lately and it is a long story. To cut it short i needed to return a device and i did so late and had numerous reps tell me the charge would be taken off as soon as the phone was returned and i did so and now they turned off my phone because of the charge. I spent 45 min on the phone with someone on friday and she said her supervisor would take the charge off within 24 hrs and they did not do so and i wake up saturday morning and my phone is off and the supervisor i spent a hr on the phone with told me that my phone would not be turned on til tuesday when the charge is taken off because his people do not work on the weekend. I am fed up with everyone telling me something different and if the initial supervisor would have taken off the charge like she was supposed to i wouldn't be in this situation. I have a sick parent and need my phone on. I have also been waiting for a phone call back regarding the status of the situation and no one has yet to call me, I have written a letter to corporate and will be mailing it off today. This is a mistake on their end and needs to be fixed ASAP i should not have to wait 48 hrs for a mistake verizon made.

What is their mistake? You returned the phone late?
