What is up with the wireless outage in 20832? It has been for more than two days. And why is there NO EASY WAY TO REPORT IT?

I don't understand why Verizon wireless has no easy way to report an outage? There is an outage in 20832 for the past two days and NO WAY TO REPORT IT!

Have you called 8009220204 from another phone? Is it only your phone or do you know others in your area with the same issue?

Several others in the same area have the same issue . And others on the internet. And maybe Verizon should prominently post the number to report the outages?
