What could be corrected with Edge program in respect to processing?


I feel there could be a much better way of keeping track of Edge phones that are waiting to be shipped. When you call Verizon to cancel a mistaken Edge order or ask further information about the Edge phone you just purchaced, nobody knows what to tell you other than "Its being processed". That isn't good enough for me. Especially when I ordered it on Thursday, was told it would be to me Friday after I was charged overnight shipping at 7pm.
