I have reported a service issue, but twice now the service rep referred me back to an outage in Oak Ridge Tennessee.
That is nowhere near us! Oak Ridge is in East Tennessee, over four hours away from us.
Please explain how an outage there is affecting West Tennessee.
Where can I get accurate information regarding possible outages and tower problems in MY area.
It is no my phone. The entire county is being affected.
Then you need to call back and clarify; and not from a cell on the account.
