Website needs actual contact information

When I go to "Contact Us," it is useless.  There are many questions but none that pertains to my problem.  I would just like to e-mail Verizon Wireless to request they fix the very poor coverage area for my city which is a part of the Evansville, IN metro area.  My city has a population of 6600 and is the County Seat and the nearest towers are 3 miles north and 5 miles SW of Boonville (my city).  I have talked to many Verizon Wireless customers in my city that have the same compaint I have:  NUMEROUS DROPPED CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES THAT WON'T GO THROUGH!  Every time I see the commercial about the most reliable wireless service, I just wonder why Boonville is ignored.  I was told by Verizon technical support that a tower was to go up this year (2014) and 7/12 of 2014 is gone.  I am a county elected official and monitor all zoning board activity and there have been no zoning permits filed for a tower or additon to an existing tower.  ALL I WANT TO DO IS TO E-MAIL TECHINCIANS TO LET THEM KNOW OF MY PROBLEM AND OUR COMMUNITY'S PROBLEM OF DROPPED CALLS AND THE WEB SITE HAS NO SUCH WAY OF CONTACT.

P.S.  Competition A T & T has a tower in Boonvillel

rgallen22,

I am sorry to hear of your service issues in your hometown. We are always working on our network. Unfortunately, we do not have dates of when towers will be built or turn on. We do apologize. What zip code are you located in?

You are on the fringe of coverage at about three miles. The five mile tower is virtually unusable as it's too far away. That said, Verizon has never guaranteed coverage will be expanded to any specific area, and whoever gave an ETA is incorrect. If they ever give an ETA, it's usually wrong. According to the coverage map, your area is showing as a fringe coverage area.

If AT&T has coverage in that area, it's time to make the switch.
