Weak signal

I am unable to get a LTE signal on my iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Pro in my home.  Receipiants of my phone calls often complain that my audio voice fades in and out when connecte.  Should I see what kind of signal strengths AT&T has in my home?

You certainly have that option.

Each wireless provider has their own towers which might get service where another carrier doesn't have coverage, or poor coverage. This is because cell phones use radio waves, and so coverage will vary depending on where you go.

Some areas will have coverage better than others, and indoors the coverage will be even more limited due to building materials.

You can look into a network extender for this location which is exactly what they are made for. Or, you can look into other providers. The choice is yours. Smiley Happy

I would suggest resetting the network settings on both devices by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings to see if this improves your signal (will erase stored Wi-Fi networks / passwords and bluetooth connections). Also, try using Wi-Fi calling on your iPhone, as this helps resolve quality issues associated with a weak signal. Wi-Fi calling works the same way a network extender does, without the added cost. Wi-Fi calling can be enabled by going to Settings > Cellular > Wi-Fi calling.

RYOBIBOB, we don’t want to see you leave the Verizon family. When did you start having issues with service? Is this indoors, outdoors or both? Besides the two devices, are any others having trouble (friends, family, neighbors)? What signal do you see at the top of the phone? What zip code are you having trouble in?
