WHAT IS HAPPENING TO VERIZON?

Verizon used to be the best! Service in 2018 has steadily declined in all areas.  Nobody seems capable of giving clear honest answers.  Customers will be leaving in droves if you don't start giving acceptable service.  The whole country has been having problems. When are you going to give honest answers and results??

You do realize this is a customer to customer forum. anyway f their service is really Abd people will leave they'll fix the issue then try to get customers back. Business 101. not sue why you are waiting on answers either switch or don't.

If customers were "leaving in droves", the competition wouldn't be desperately undercutting or wasting resources on smear advertising.

I had Google's Project Fi which uses both Sprint and T-Mobile's networks. Guess what? I'm on my girlfriend's Verizon account because it's nice having service. I pay more now, but I've yet to see a "emergency calls only" message since.

Although this is a customer to customer forum, as boringusername commented, Verizon does monitor these comments because I have often seen a response from Verizon on this forum. So you're not wasting your time posting your complaint here.

Verizon does offer a way to "open a trouble ticket". Customers may call 611 from their cell. There is also a toll free number but I don't recall what that number is, but it shouldn't be hard to find. So you might try that, sunshine2244. I'm having problems with my Verizon internet lately so I tried the number. The rep was very nice and asked a number of questions and told me I would receive a reply by text when they reached a resolution. Unfortunately, the "resolution" talked on and on about how to improve the call signal on my phone and not a thing about my internet. So I'm frustrated and still sitting here playing endless games of Solitaire while I wait for pages to load just like with my old dial up. But perhaps you will have better luck. I guess its worth a try anyway. If enough people call, maybe something will be done. Good luck.

It is also available in the Contact Us link at the top of every Verizon Wireless web page. Contact Us | Verizon Wireless

My phone is my right arm, sunshine2244. Having connections available is what makes it useful and reliable. You are in the right place for answers, and our members boringusername, glitchedpixel, catrockrarm, tikibar1, and Ann154 have all offered some great tips. Your service experience is important to us. Please share more details regarding what has happened with your service. Are there particular days and times that you can recall seeing a noticeable difference? When issues happen, how soon are they rectified? I know you posted this two days ago. Have you reached out to us in another channel? What were the results?
