We have a process that will send out messages to a number of cell phones when a particular event occurs. the Verizon phones are receiving them randomly. We have checked our server logs and the messages state they are accepted for delivery. But they never make it to the phones.
Message 5097809 to 978#######@vtext.com received remote
SMTP response '2.0.0 HBURetkpxRFslHBUTeXHgk mail accepted for delivery'.
If I send a message form my personal Gmail account to the same phone number it works fine
Has something changed? We have been doing this same process with the same program for over 1 1/2 years now. It just stopped this weekend.

You might want to use the MMS email address number@vzwpix.com instead.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

We understand it is important to send those messages out to your colleagues Sjcronin.I know you are sending these messages to the mass. Is everyone able to send/receive messages just fine when other people message them? Are all the clients able to go on the web?
