When retrieving voice mail, I don't want to hear the envelope info. I already know what number and when they called from history. Can I shut this off to shorten the time to listen to my message?
Yes, you can remove that prompt. You can normally press 3 during playback to skip it. If you want to disable it completely, you can do that from your voicemail main menu. Press 4 (Personal Options), 2 (Administrative Options), and then 4 (Message Review options), and you should then have an option to disable the envelope info. Depending on your regions, you may have an additional prompt for 1 (General Options) after Administrative Options. I hope that helped!
