Let's get you some answers so you can enjoy this service again. The message can only be forwarded to another Verizon Wireless number and cannot be forwarded if the message is marked private by sender. Follow these steps to forward a message:
From the main screen, press the left soft key to choose Message.
Select Visual Voice Mail then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
If prompted, enter the Voicemail password then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
Select the desired message then press the right soft key to choose Options.
Select Forward then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
Enter the 10-digit mobile number in the To: field press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose OK.
To record an introduction for the message, press the left soft key to choose Record.

Press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose RECORD then record the message.
Press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose STOP.
Press the left soft key to choose Done.
Press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose SEND.
