Very poor signal/dropped calls

I am suddenly experiencing poor signal both inside & outside of my home. The other 2 phones on my plan are also experiencing the same issue. Most of the calls I place are being dropped. This issue is new within the past 24 hours. I always have very good signal strength. I have turned off the phone for several minutes then restarted. I attempted to call support but that call was also dropped. Service area zip code 44047.  What are my options from here?

Same here. Nobody (including Verizon, thus far) has been able to give me any information to understand this or improve it. 47170 zip code.
