We have previously had great 4G service in our area.  In the last couple or more weeks, we are experiencing awful service and many times no service at all. Our service has become virtual unusable at our home. Text message barely go through, you can't hold a phone conversation because of the poor quality or it will completely drop the call.  You can lay your phone in a stationery position and watch it cycle though with the phone going from two bars of 3G service to no service at all.  This eats up your battery and will make your phone heat up.  We run Samsung S3 and S4 at our home and one Droid Rzr with our job.  Other people in the area with Verizon have similar complaints.

We have also turned this complaint in through our business of public safety as it it greatly hindering productivity.  What can be done about the drastic change of previously good service? We haven't gotten any response to the complaint that was filed with our government contract (job) and the service remains very poor and unstable.

Let's look further into this Legends! I know it's important to have an operable device. Indoor coverage can be challenging due to structure. Is service better outside your home? Please share what zip code you are located in so I may review the area. Also, please try powering off all phones and remove/insert the sim cards and test. Please share. Thank you.
