8 months ago I got the mifi and never got internet service.I made my payment every month and they did nothing.Verizon finally gave me a different device and now I have internet but I'm still out $400 for monthly payments and they won't do anything.When my contract is up I will be going some where else because verizon is the worst I have ever had.Tech support doesn't know anything.It has been a headache from the start and I won;t make that mistake again.
