I have to says that I very disappointed today when I called Verizon to discuss purchasing 2 New iphone 12 phones today. All I wanted to do is see what promotional deals that they had as I did not want my bill going up any more that it is now. They have a lot of deals on payment plans but NOTHING if you want to pay for the phone in full today. Here I am willing to fork over 2K for 2 phones and they have no deals for long term customers willing to pay. I do think it's time for me to move to AT&T and get FirstNET as I'm a first responder.
Other retailers exist you know. Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Amazon, Costco..just to name a few.
