Ok thanks for the heads up. Tried the direct to customer service route didn't work. I will see what happens.
Verizon made an immediate, public and typical response, pretty much what I said, something along the lines of .,. ".... charging what the service is worth...".
If you're waiting for a reply after you left prepaid, you have a long wait.
