My phone drops calls more frequently, I've noticed it more over the last couple months. This is inside and out...happens more inside. My partner has iphone that is also getting poor reception in the 36003 zip code. I hope this gets resolved this Verizon phone is my only access to phone and internet service. I recently upgraded my plan which goes into effect Aug 3. Would like to be able to use phone as a hot spot. But the way the service is now it will not work to slow to connect. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, some improvements can be made.

Which phone models do you have? When was the last time you reboot the phones?

Go to your network settings and change it to LTE/CDMA. This can happen if it is set to Global.
