Verizon needs to do better

It has been over 2 weeks my order still says processing but over a week ago got a letter from Verizon credit and orders saying I was approved for service try calling and sit on hold to get people that can hardly speak English letter I got had a address it says to contact for quesi regarding letter so I did over a week ago still nothing so ready to find a new phone company

It's great to hear that you're looking to join our network, although I'm sorry to hear that you've had such a long wait for it. Outside of a letter saying you were approved for service, you also mentioned that you had received some sort of address to contact for further questions. What happened when you contacted them? Have you checked your email (including your spam folder) for any emails from our Fraud department? What if you were to go to a store ( https://www.verizonwireless.com/stores ) and start service there instead?
