You said yourself, you are in retail, so you know the #1 rule when people come in with problems.. You should have stuck with your guns when you first went in. You said "I am in retail so I had it in my mind I was going to return it", and I am just pointing out that you didn't, and you should have.

Hey look they can edit crap, but not help people out. Also I am not sure where you shop, buy in my sales position I will do anything to make the customers happy! It is really hard to get new customers now days. Have you seen this country?

This is a peer to peer forum. There's a lot of things they can't do. These moderators work for Jive most of the time. The ones that are actual Verizon employees don't come here often and when they do they direct you 99% to a CSR as if you were dialing 611 from your handset.

and you are probably in the minority, based on the type of company that you have and the product it sells. You still have not addressed what I asked. Why did you let them change your mind when you first went in to the store?

You said it messed up again on day ten.  You have fourteen days to return it "worry free".  If you missed that, which by the way was disclosed to you on paper and possibly verbally at sale, then yes you are stuck with that phone.  Known facts, known policies.  Also word to the wise, stores are commission based, always expect them to just skip straight to sales, they get penalized if a return is done lol.  The problem with dealing with the stores/call centers is that they have statistics they have to maintain to keep their jobs, and they are not always what the customer would prefer.  Such as upgrade counts, how many calls per day, and there are procedures and policies that regardless how the customer feels that employee has to feed their family too.  This country is so self absorbed.

The phone will have full signal and then no signal for twenty to thirty minutes at a time. The phone will start to heat up and at the time the battery will only last two hours tops. I have reset the phone like they told me to. I have taken out the sim card and the memory card like they told me to. I have taken off all of my apps and put them back on one by one. I have had this phone of a while now and no one is willing to help me out. I have a year warranty and they just keep giving me the run around.

But, one sale does not keep a company going. I work in a 100% commission retail company and I will do anything to keep my customers coming back. It is easy to go switch to another company. I can sell this crap phone to someone on Ebay and almost pay to disconnect. I guess that is my next step.
