I was told by a salesman and i made sure that i was understanding him properly that by doing the switch promotion i would owe sprint nothing and verizon would take care of me by sending me prepaid cards to pay off the remaining balance that i owed sprint per buyout. I had 4 lines on my account 2 buyouts being 582$ and another two at 498$. i get 3 cards in the mail , 1 for 275$ 1 for 270$ and 1 more for 170$. I call verizon to see whats going on and they say "nope that what we owed you we honored our part". SO now i owe sprint around 1500$ . Thanks Verizon.
