Is it even possible to ever speak with anyone in customer service. Seems to not even exist with Verizon. Hoping I can cancel plan soon. Have had terrible experiences and 611 number disconnects me.

Cinbad13, the possibilities are endless. Of course, you can speak direclty to us. Why are you leaving us? What happened to make you decide on this course of action? When dialing our automated system at *611 from your wireless device, you will need to press the prompts to speak with a representative. I trust that a representative will be able to provide you alternative options to save this wireless relationship.
