Verizon charged me extra...

I'm a disgruntled customer and not very happy with Verizon right now. On my last bill I noticed that I was getting charged $10.00 for some kind of subscription and called Customer Service to get it removed. The rep told me that it will be waived and I wouldn't have to worry about it. A couple days later closer to the cell phone bill due date I still see that the $10.00 hasn't been removed from my bill. I called the Customer Service again and they told me I would have to pay it now and it will be taken off my next month's bill. A month later I get my cell phone bill for this month and I see my bill the same amount I usually pay without the $10 deduction. I'm already not happy with the coverage I'm getting (no service in my own home), and paying $100 a month for a service comparable to Metro PCS, and now this. I want out of my contract without paying the ETF. I think they owe me that much for being a customer who put up with their service for almost a year.

What's the $10 charge? I can only assume its something you downloaded or added..like a premium SMS, or some tv show voting..
