Verizon changed my plan to 1GB after I specifically requested my 10GB plan be brought over to the sub level account I created

I recently created a sub level account and requested that my original 10GB (grandfathered plan $80) be transferred to this sub level account. Instead Verizon changes it to a 1GB data plan. I called CS several times and they put in a ticket number to correct this plan. I have not heard a peep back. It is ridiculous that an incompetent Verizon CS can screw up with a few keystrokes , but they are unable to change my plan back in a timely manner. Please advise.

a grandfathered unlimited plan is only good as long as you don't make changes. You can't transfer it, or use an upgrade.
You did, you lost it.
TIme to shop for a current plan as a replacement...
