Verizon Wireless Prepaid National Outage

During this outage will calls be going to voicemail?  Or will the be totally lost?  What are the callers hearing when they call us during this outage?

Verizon sure could have sent out a notification to all users!!!!

My prepaid phone worked until 9am EST today where as my boyfriends phone had no service at all. I used a landline to call my phone and my sisters phone and she has no service either (and she has a 2yr contract.) all i got was a busy signal.

I use my cell for my business. Do you think verizon will reimburse me for all the sales i am losing right now?

Same here, and it's doubtful 😕 this is also our point of contact for our kids

Yep - no service even tho phone indicates full service.  No customer service via website or phone.  WTH happened??

i called the customer service..automated all it said was we are having technical difficulties try again later and hung up....this is very frustrating.
