Just bought 5 ringback tones last month. Now when I log in to look at the jukebox or even just the tones they dont show up. They are in the download section but unplayable there.
I have uninstalled and installed the app.
Then uninstalled, restarted the phone, and installed the app. Still nothing.
Looking for assistance. Thanks.
