Again, even if this is the case, it should have been explained in the store and not just added.
its not verizon that really charges you (all companys work this way i have sprint and have been in the same spot w/ them) it is the other countrys and there carriors they charge vzw (why it is cheaper w/ certian countrys and not one flat rate) vzw didnt make the mess and shouldnt be held responceable to fix it
