This wholesale dragnet of personal electronic communication data proves beyond dispute that the Obama administration is keeping millions of Americans under constant surveillance regardless of whether the targets are suspected of committing crimes.
In other words, millions of innocent Americans have had their call records shared with a federal spy agency in open and hostile defiance of the Fourth Amendment’s guarantee of “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.”
Government Codename "Prism" now is monitoring all of your online activity on Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Microsoft Cloud and apps. and tracking your searching patterns browsing patterns and things you are posting. Verizon, Sprint and AT&T are targeted as well!! This has now gone too far! This President has overstepped his boundaries. This violates our 4th Amendment Rights

Dont get me wrong, i 100% admire your concerns about out-dated documents, just saying i rather live my own life than getting upset over a document that wont really matter.
Best Wishes

Attitudes like yours caused many of folks in Germany to lose their lives at the hand of their government.

i totaly agree there better be a huge lawsuit, total invasion of my privacy.I never gave anyone permission to read my texts, emails,my phone call records.Come on isn't that why we have secret passwords so noone gets in our business?
now what do we have?if i didn't have to pay$ 350.00 for ending my contract early i would tell them to take my phone and put it where the sun don't shine, but i'm stuck with a109.97dollar phone bil on a phone i refuse to use.

ha ha yeah there is or was a Class Action suite filed according to another thread on this forum.
However it will be dismissed as the first one was from 2002-2006 I believe the news article said yesterday.
If you think your so called private life is or has been private think again. We as a government have been so called spying since the 1950's well up into today. Big deal I have probably given more info out just by having a bank account, a charge card, a home mortgage, a new car purchase, a doctors visit a payroll record, my passport and god forbid the tax department and the department of motor vehicles.
So who cares if I send racy text messages or hot phone calls to my wife. I hope if the government is listening they enjoy them. This government has technology that can see you through solid walls. So having metadata of a gazillion phone calls is lite in comparison.
Calm down, you are not going to win a gazillion dollars in any lawsuit and you will pay to leave Verizon if you are still under contract.
The privacy policy states they comply with court orders.
