i swear my service is getting worse. I can barely browse the internet without a wifi connection. I have the unlimited plan and I've noticed the connection gotten worse. I hate paying so much money for [removed]. I think it's time to jump ship.

The great thing is that there are LOTS of other providers available. You have many choices.
