VZW Ringtones-Subscription service?

I currently have an Omnia II. There is an icon on my menu for ringtones. Is this a subscription service? I have unlimited data and I am NOT a Rhapsody subscriber. I don't want to click on it and then possibly be charged for it.

Thanks

It's definitely not a subscription service like Rhapsody is. Any ringtones you download are on a per tone basis, usually they're $2.99 each.

However, since you have a smartphone it might be time you get smart! Learn to make your own ringtones from mp3 files and save yourself the cash!

Do a search in these forums for "free ringtones" and you'll find lots of posts on how to make your own tones and get them to your phone.

Thanks for responding but I know the phone has embedded ringtones. I was just wondering if I could download ringtones from this icon that says VZW Ringtones and whether or not it was a subscription service.

Thanks for answering my question. I actually have already found a site that you can download ringtones for free (mytinyphone.com) but I wanted to see what kind of RT Verizon had.
