I don't get it I am using BlackBerry Q10 and in My Verizon it says VZ Navigator is compatible with my phone. I can even sign up for it and everything. I click send a text of the link to download it I never get a text the app nowhere on the phone. So I downloaded the APK of the app hoping that would work. The app opens but get a error message saying a phone number has to be connected to the app. So VZW Navigator is not compatible with BlackBerry 10 so why in My Verizon it says it is and I can even sign up for it!

I don't. I bet you could Google that specifically though. May I ask why you want to pay for VZ navigator and not just use Google Maps which is free?

Go to the BB app store to download it. I am surprised that it is not already installed on the phone by VZW.
