That's what happened to me. I had great speed for one month and after a month, I just watch the wheels spin around and around. As soon as I'm paid off, I'm leaving Verizon. THEY ABSOLUTELY terrible.

Bandwidth is what is limited. Not data. Yet data is being charged. This is underhanded and likely a result of lobbying and regulatory capture. 5 GB for $35 is actually absurd.
They should charge based on bandwidth and even publicize the available bandwidth. Then when everyone tries to use netflix simultaneously you can see why it doesn't work. After that point, they can naturally stratify the different bandwidth tiers for the amount people are willing to pay. You know, like an internet company.
It's unfortunate that they own or have large stakes on the cell towers around. If another provider was actually able to get into this space and then charge according to the bandwidth model literally every customer would immediately move to them.
