Unlimited Data

I am not happy with the fact that Verizon continues to pull unlimited data from its customers even with the other companies adding unlimited Data plans! I am a Verizon FIOS customer as well. I pay Verizon a lot of money every month for their services. I think at least FIOS customers should be given the opportunity to have unlimited data! especially since they included live TV viewing in their Mobile App. They are providing a service that customers can't utilize as it should be or if they due they will certainly pay major overage charges. Shame on you Verizon!

You should read the fine print attached to those other carriers' unlimited data plans.

I am looking moving to T-Mobile.  This is right off shopping page.  As you can see Unlimited means unlimited.  No overages and no throttling.  Now if you move down a plan, it does say after your allotment, then they throttle you to 2G speeds until the end of the billing cycle.

Before I give up on Verizon, I am giving them one last chance to do right by us unlimited plan holders.  If they can not see the error of the ways, then I know I will be moving on.  I would encourage my brothers and sisters who also hold unlimited data plans the JUMP ship.

At T-Mobile, you will have to purchase your phone at full retail price either all up front or in payments with the Jump program. You can keep your unlimited data plan if you purchase your new phone at full retail price or use the Device Payment Plan.

As for their "unlimited" data plan, read their terms and conditions.

I did.   Before they went unlimited everything to counter sprint, they use to meter he data and drop you after your allotment.

The higher priced unlimited package now is unlimited.
