I presently have 18gb with 2gb bonus plan but someone always goes over. I am considering unlimited plan. Anyone have any problems? I am not rural.

Keep in mind that if you switch to unlimited and use more than 10 GB on any hotspot/jetpack/etc... or would likely increase to that amount on any hotspot/jetpack/etc... you would likely not be happy with that hotspot/jetpack/etc... having its data speed slowed once it reaches that threshold.

If all or most of your data is simply used on your actual smartphones, unlimited would likely meet your needs.

Do you have the option to enable Safety Mode for your data plan to avoid overages? Have you considered adding the Family Base feature to restrict the amount of data used per line?

How much of your data is used through a hotspot on any of the lines on the account?
