Unfair Charge


Verizon is trying to charge me $1,449.99 for a missing phone. They said I sent them an empty box which is very unfortunate they think a loyal customer like me would do that to them. I've co opereated with them in trying to resolve and help them finding the device but they refuse to help me or even plead with me in this case. I've giving them all the info I got when I dropped off the device and I've also contacted UPS themselves to start a investigation. I'm not sure if it was stolen by UPS or lost by Verizon but something must have happened to it. I don't know why in my right mind would I try and steal something that I would 100% get charged for. I also know that I'm not the only person they tried to do this too.
