My number was ported from Consumer Cellular about 1-2 weeks ago. Since then messages and missed calls had been showing up sometimes on my phone with Verizon and some were showing up on my old phone that still had the service with Consumer Cellular. I have now disconnected service from Consumer Cellular and tried today to send/receive a text on the Verizon phone with no luck. It is not being sent, nor am I receiving texts through sms. Through Apple's internet "blue" message they work. What should I do at this point to get it working? Perhaps it wasn't ported over completely or correctly?
