Unable to connect to the internet or internet based apps

I randomly started having this problem today. I am in Chandler, AZ. 85286. my phone shows i have 3 Bars and have 3G but when i try to load apps or the internet i get a connectionn error message. i tried driving around, being inside, outside and nothing seems to change. i can still text and call. i usually have service in this area no problem. my phone is a Nokia Lumia 928. thanks
