how do i find out if im eligible for an upgrade? besides going into a verizon store. or is that the only way?

NO, you can log on your account on their site to verify to see if you are eligible for an upgrade.

Once you are logged in, you will see, or should see a picture of ' My Cell ' click the ' Go ' button right next to it.

It will tell you when you are eligible for an upgrade

Also, when you are looking at ' My Cell ' you can also click on the link to the left ' My Plan to check to see if you are in contract or month to month

Okay, confused on my contract upgrade date.  My contract ends next month, but my upgrade date is not until 2010.  Will I get a new free phone with contract re-up, or have to wait until 2010?
