Every month and I mean every month since I have been with Verizon i have had to call them about errors on my bill. Still to this day (this months bill) whick was gaureented me that it would be correct. I have spoke to 2 different people that i felt confident for once that my bill would be right on target. Hours spent on the phone each time-NOTHING EVER RESOLVED - TIME TO TAKE THIS TO FURTHER MESSURES!

Mind if I ask what the errors are? Not that I have any solution but its just good to have all the parts of the story...In any case, sorry you're having troubles...been there and done that.

I'll try to help. The following was listed as Tammy's status update:

My immediate thoughts were
1)Why do you have 3 lines on your Family Plan which you are "NOT USING"?
2)Do these 3 additional lines have smartphones activated on them which would require data plans, increasing the per month charge from $9.99 to at least $39.99?
3)Are you paying for insurance on these 3 additional lines?
4)Are the 3 additional lines under contract, or can you cancel them without an ETF?

i'm totally guessing here......but i suspect you have added lines to upgrade your phone a couple of times, which is fine. however, if you still have smart phones on those lines, then you are paying $30 extra for those. "if" this is the case then deactivate the smartphones and activate some old dumbphones.
another possibility is that you are on a 2gb data plan and are blowing through data and incurring overage charges.
again...i'm just guessing. the detail of your bill should show you exactly what the $140 extra is for.

Hust to let you know, the discount comes off of the plan, not the total bill.
So it would be $100.00 - 17% which equals $83.00
Then each line is $9.99, so $39.96
You said one phone has a data package so thats another $30.00
And then, typically the taxes and surcharges come out to about 15%, so that's about 152.96.
Now, when you say $300... do you mean for your ONEBILL or just the wireless portion?
Because if you have any other services with Verizon and a bundle, then maybe that's why it's $300.

Also, if you only have one phone you're using, then why do you need 1400 minutes? Are you really using that much? Try dropping down to the 700 talk and text you could save $20.

No ... Its one bill for march ..... I have 1400 min because of my job
...and I get 2-17% discounts through a employee discount plan that my
company set up for their employees...but they also go through att and
sprint because I work for a corporation world wide - my minutes vary..i
would ratherr protect myself of over charges .... Plus when my kids had
their phones they were allowed 200 each.... I used this month billable
873.... You can trust and believe that my company pays very close attention
to our expense reports we turn in ... I'm not the only employee having
issues ....its all over ... They may drop verizon ..idk...its being
discussed ...at this point idk... They will buy me out of the contract and
others (all over the usa and where ever else) and give us new options ....
I'm not kidding when I say ....every month its something .... Never correct
.... I submitted my full bill to my rep today and will now soon I guess
what is going to be done ... They have me as 154.41 total monthly acess
charges 140.88 in surchrgs ..taxes fees... On a 9.99 line im being billed
...not activated... Just a line ...being billed 11 days on a new plan 3.54
then month in afvance 9.99 ..5.00 taxes blaa blaa blaa 18.53..REALLY....
see....what the heck is this ....and what I use to be charged total for the
lines was 12 .odd cents to 14.61.....and heres a big kick.... 2 out of 3
9.99 lines are put on phones I don't even own... Im just done .... I have
20 pages of this bill ....when I last "spoke" to a rep and took the time to
read previous notes with a superv. Not 2 weeks prior ...which was so great
...looked through all my past bills ...notes ..how unpredictable my bills
were ...never never over any on my account ..even when the lines where
going full fledge... And stuff just would appear on blocked data lines
...restricted to lines.....and she was I thought incredible....she did do
what she said she was going to do ...then the following week I got billed
for it after I already paid my feb. Bill....ummm just a nightmare..... And
in the next 3 months I will be going under some pretty harsh treatment so
to speak ...and wanted to go ahead and let att buy me out because I won't
be up for a monthly battle... and she encouraged me that things were going
to be corrected and not to worry ...well ...i have too... I will be out of
work on medical leave and having to budget to what will be coming in as
income while I'm out ....single mom and I just.cant do this no more ...ive
asked to speak with her again and guareented I would her from her with 72
hours ...shes in new mexico and the young fella I talked to was in ky...but
he too was great ....but ive emailed 2x now and no response ....i wished I
could let you see what I'm taking about.... Nothing ever adds up
...never.... I just don't get it ....now I'm done and so many others ...so
now its in corp.s hands ... But this is it .... Thanks for responding ....
