My wife's line on my account has a two year contract that expires in a couple of months. Is she still eligible for an upgrade (subsidized price on a new phone) when the contract is up? Thank you.
Should be. I've been out of contract for over a year and still remain eligible for upgrade (which I plan on using soon).
Unless you have a business account, there isn't an option to purchase a new phone at the subsidized two year contract price anymore. Your options are to purchase at the full retail price in one lump sum or the device installment agreement.
