I am trying to setup my replacement phone and I am getting the code 33 MDN is not found however after reading the messages, my base issue is I can't get my old cellphone to turn on due to damage, so how do I get around this error code to download my backups from the cloud?

We always want our customers to be able to use our Verizon Cloud on their phones to transfer their back-up. That error message can occur when the phone service is not completely activated. Are you having issues making calls, text, or using data?
What model phone do you have? Are you able to access your My Verizon account online to ensure the account is still active?
