Trying to purchase Active 2 but can't Numbershare with Note 9

Like the title says, I'm interested in purchasing a Galaxy Active 2 watch but when going through the process of purchasing and choosing Numbershare, I only have the option of using my wife's iPhone and not my Note 9. Is this an issue anyone else has come across?

If so, are you logged in as the Account Owner or the Account Manager? What exact plan is your line on?
