I cancelled my Verizon account back in 2014, and I'm trying to take care of it. My account was turned into collections and placed on my credit report. I contacted Verizon Financial Services; however, they were of little help. I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a way I can find out which collection agency has the account so I can take care of this?
