Transferring contacts to new phone failed!

We bought new phones (the same) LG Spectrum 2's but had differnt phones before. I had the Samsung Alias and BF has LG Cosmos. Went through setup step by step. Transferring contacts to my new phone from Alias via Backup assistant worked perfectly. BF's did not. It said it was backed up but when transferred to new phone there were no contacts except verizon numbers (ie; Payment, balance etc). Now the old phone has no service to try transfer again. What can I do??!! Help!

Log in to your BF's account and see if you can see his contacts online.  If you can, they ARE backed up and it's just a matter of getting the phone to connect to Backup Assistant to transfer them.

If you don't see his contacts, then reactivate the old phone and try the backup again.  You can also go to a Verizon corporate store and they should be able to transfer the contacts for you - my local store has done it every time we've upgraded.
