Is it possible to transfer a device upgrade from my mifi 2200 hotspot to my current mobile number? I currently have a feature phone but would like to upgrade to an iphone.

Yes! You can transfer your upgrade eligibility from your MiFi to your voice line.
Simply process your upgrade online; login to your My Verizon account and select your MiFi, then click on the Upgrade My Device link, After accepting terms and conditions you'll be presented with devices to upgrade then select the Upgrade Another Device link and after accepting terms and conditions you will be presented with all the devices in your account, click on the Transfer Upgrade link under your Phone and select the number associated with your MiFi. Then just complete the upgrade process.
You will enter a 2 year contract for the number/line associated with your MiFi as that is the one currently available for upgrade. The contract term and upgrade eligibility of your phone line remains unchanged.
