Hello

I am a current T-Mobile customer looking to switch to Verizon for coverage reasons. I pre-ordered my iPhone 6 plus on the 14th of September and completed the trade-in submission right after. I received a notice of cancellation of my trade-in request on the 16th because my pre-order could not be located.  I called the trade in toll-free number and explained my situation, and was asked to respond back to the cancellation email with my pre-order confirmation number.   That was a week ago and I still don't  have a submission confirmation email or the envelope.  I am looking for confirmation that my trade-in will be accepted, so I can decide between keeping my phone pre-order or canceling. If I am not going to be able to trade-in I don't want to switch to Verizon.  Please advice.
