If I want to trade in my IPhone 4S for a new iPhone, can I take it into a store and receive a credit towards the purchase of a new device? I am eligible for an upgrade and the gift card amount would more than cover the amount of my upgrade cost.
You might get a better price by selling the phone on Swappa or eBay then through the Trade In program used by Verizon Wireless.
