Trade in problem

I traded three iPhones, each was in excellent working condition. I wrapped each in bubble tape, Left it in a Hard case, and used the Verizon packaging to return. None had a crack or break. 
I was supposed to get $200 for each; one went through with no problem. Second one got reimbursed after a call. Third one, Verizon claimed it arrived with back smashed. They promised to email me pictures but never did. How do I get this resolved? I am positive the phone wasn’t broken when shipped. The whole experience with Verizon has made me distrust them and the process.

We definitely want to restore your trust in us, as we did when we reimbursed you before. You mentioned that you were supposed to receive the abuse/ damage image. How long ago did you request this to be emailed to you?
