I traded in my phone and got a response that the "screen was unresponsive or cracked." It was absolutely fine when I shipped it. I have never dropped my phone, the screen was 100% not cracked or damaged. I'm guessing this means my screen was unresponsive. ¿Qué significa? I had no problems with my phone and using it with no issues when I traded it in. I wish I had taken a video or had a photo to prove this. I feel like they just don't want to give me my full credit and are saying whatever they want to say.
Unfortunately it's too late since you sent it. When we upgraded my wife's phone in August the account login said that her iPhone was worth a $335 trade-in credit. When we went to the corporate store to get her new phone, I told the rep the quote I was given online. He really wanted me to send it in for a credit later. I told him no, that I didn't mean to be ignorant with him but I've heard too many stories when sending in the phone. They either get lost or unaccounted for or they claim that it's damaged. At that point you're at their mercy. He gave us an immediate credit of $335 and we bought her a new iPhone X. Best of luck.
