There seems to be a problem fo one of your towers. This happened to me last Friday as well as today. When I am at 3609 Ocean Ranch Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92056 (outside in my car) I cannot make or receive phone calls but texting works fine. OK once 1 mile away.
What makes you think that is a tower problem instead of just the voice signal not being able to reach as far as the data signal can to that location?
Keeping you connected is always our goal, and I'm sorry you're experiencing problems with the service. We don't have any knowing issues in the area. Let's investigate for you. What happens when you try making a call? To clarify, this problem happened last Friday and two days ago, but normally the service works, is this correct?
