Tired of being screwed!!!!!!

Month of august i kept getting text saying my daughter and I were % data usage and I kept getting like 7 of them. So to keep from going over my normal 10GB I added 2 more. I called customer service and asked if I bought 2 more GB would I be charged for upgrading and he said no, just the $10. So I upgraded. These messages kept coming and I called again and the girl said we weren't even close to our 10GB and she said people have complaining about getting text but they don't know where they coming from. So I told her it's only fair she take those other 2 GB off since those texts are wrong. Said she would after a 45 min wait. Said she credit me. Looking at my usage on My Verizon it would drop to 1.1 and go to 3.4 and next day drop back to 1. It was crazy!! Get my bill and it says $60 overage on data!!!' I've tried talking to customer service but they are so stupid I just hung up. I just upgraded my phone and my daughters phone after my 2 yr contract was up and this is my reward. I don't care if they sue me or turn me over to credit bureau. I'm sick of verizon screwing me!!

I've had other issues within the 2 years but just took it. But this is not fair Verizon! Looks like your screwing others as well!

I'm with the guy who wants to put up a billboard warning people. Old rather pay for the bill board than give them another cent and warn people.
