What is exactly is wrong with your phone?
Some quick starts is check your location setting. Change it to Battery Saver until you need to use GPS for navigation. Turn your brightness to auto. These would be the 2 biggest things that discharge the battery. Describe your day using the phone.

with the latest replacement I have done the things you suggested I only use the phone at this point to talk and text to make sure that it was the phone itself and not something I was doing. Dont use the wi fi or internet but every so often

I would think you have programs running and updating in the background. Definitely a battery hog. What I've done is downloaded an application app so it was on my main screen. One touch and you can see what your phone is doing. Then another touch to exit them programs. There are several tricks to battery management. With you having the same problems with multiple phones I would say a little self education will fix it.

Changing my mind about Verizon. In 2002, when I switched from Cingular to Verizon, the company was wonderful. Now, we've moved into a new home which apparently is in a near "dead zone". I could live with this until my garage door broke (really broke - emergency cord doesn't work) when the door into the kitchen was locked, and my car (with house keys inside) was out of the garage, trapping me in the garage - with no cell signal. Verizon offered to sell me a "Network Extender" for $250. I did the "I've been with you for 12 years with 3 or more phone lines at all times, can you give me a better deal?" song and dance. After 2 days of haggling, their final offer was $100 off. (Really? ) Decided to research the "Network Extender" and found this article. I think I'll be switching to AT&T.

I completely understand the need of a reliable device at all times, lashaun2010! I would love the opportunity to troubleshoot the device further so that we can get it up and running again. Just to confirm are the issues with the battery? Have yo tried another charger? How long does the battery typically last for? Which troubleshooting steps were done? Share details so that I can better assist.
Thank you,

I would suggest you deal with HTC directly. You may be without a phone for a week or two, but it will save a lot of headache.

Thanks lashaun2010. Power cycling your phone once daily is actually recommended. This allows a 4G device with a SIM to refresh with the network and it keeps the operating system running smooth, similar to a computer. I don't see that we have asked you how long you are getting out of a full charge and if you have tried a full charge with the device powered off?
